Can I make payments on my design?

It is not standard practice for Kiss My Code to accept multiple payments for a single custom design. However, there are many circumstances and design quotes that may require multiple payments. If you need to make payments for your custom design, please discuss that need with us prior to receiving Kiss My Code’s custom design invoice.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Kiss My Code accepts payment via PayPal only. PayPal is fast, free, and secure. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make payment to Kiss My Code.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

Requests for design quotes that are received during normal business hours Monday thru Friday will be processed within 24 hours. During non-business hours, weekends, and holidays, design quotes are processed on the first business day.

What is non-disclosure?

Our non-disclosure agreement is our commitment to you to ensure that the ideas you have expressed to us for your website do not get told to another party.

We understand that each person has big ideas for their new or existing website. We want you to know that sharing this information with us, for the purpose of design, will not harm your intent to build your business.

We at Kiss My Code respect your privacy and business. Information you share with us will never be told, sold, or rented to another party for any reason.

Can I use any portion of my design for social media?

It’s a very typical scenario to want to use portions of your design for social media profiles. Typically this includes an avatar and/or use of the background.

While we do allow this, we ask that you inform of us of the intent to use such images for this purpose. Having this information ahead of time will allow us to create images that can be used for both the purpose of your website and the use on social networking websites.

If your needs have changed since you received your Kiss My Code Custom Design, please contact us to inform of us of changes.

There are some cases where we may be able to provide you with additional images, free of charge.

Can I use any portion of my design for print media?

No, not without expressed permission from Kiss My Code.

If you need designs for print media, please include this within the comments section of your custom design quote request. We will then include in your quote pricing for print media including the cost of business cards.

Allowing us to help you with your print media needs will ensure that you retain the utmost quality, complete branding, and comply with the Kiss My Code Terms of Use.

Can I remove the credit link to Kiss My Code?

No, credit must remain on your site to Kiss My Code for the design of your website unless prior arrangements were made by you with Katy or Mindy. Our link must go to Kiss My Code at http://www.kissmycode.com.

If you wish to remove the credit to Kiss My Code, please contact us. For a small fee, we will allow our link to be removed. However, for the duration of your use of our work, we retain the right to feature our work in our own design portfolio.

Credit to Kiss My Code is sometimes placed, in hiding, within the coding of our work. Under no circumstances can this credit be removed.
