Color PaletteOur Development & Design Process

We continually do everything we can to make our process as fast and as smooth as possible. We understand that when you’re ready to get a project going, time is of the essence. And while each design will present it’s own unique challenges, we believe that by keeping consistent with time lines and facing challenges head-on, we can provide you with a design you will truly love.

EmailStep 1

Submit your quote request to us. We’ll review your design needs and reply within 24 hours with all the details you need to choose Kiss My Code for your design. In some cases, we may exchange a few emails or phone calls, depending on the size of the project, to ensure that we have correctly assessed your design needs and quoted you a fair and accurate price.

MoneyStep 2

Unless previous arrangements have been made, we accept full payment for your custom design to begin working. Once we have received your payment, you will be notified via email. By receiving your payment, you’ll lock in the time line we provided to you with the details of your quote and we’ll begin the design and development process.

Web DocumentStep 3

We’ll begin to code and layout images for your design according your specifications from our quote request. When we have a basic outline of the design and coding in place, you will be provided with username and password to enter our development area for your custom design. You’ll be given the opportunity to give your thoughts and opinions on the direction of your design. From your feedback, we’ll proceed with the design and make any requested modifications.

Thought BubbleStep 4

After we have completed the revisions and have final design pieces in place, we’ll ask you for a complete review of the site again. Together we’ll make any tweaks and modifications necessary to complete your vision. From your feedback, we’ll wrap up design and development of your site.

Thumbs UpStep 5

We’ll deliver and/or install your custom design, ensure you have what it takes to maintain your website, and you’re off and running!
